Dear Gilles Paquet-Brenner,

I'm a philology student who is doing a class work about your film ''Je m'appelle Sarah.'' I have to include information about your life and the internet does not allow me to complete that point as I would like to do it. So I would be thankful if you could tell me what inspired you to make the film. Moreover, I would like to know whether you are interested in historical topics or not, maybe your french roots made you pick this topic for making the film, I would like to know how big this reason was for picking this topic.

I would also like to tell you that I just loved the film, the specific way the story is told gets to make the audience feel so emphatic, not only with the characters but also with the historic event. Thank you for providing us to know about this interesting and important fact I did not know about.
