Open letter from Peter Laufer to Vidal Sassoon
“My Boss brought you to USA”

Hello Vidal Sassoon
I'm happy to see that you are happy and healthy,
my name is Peter Laufer,you may not remember me, but my boss Adolf Bieker brought you to
the US back in 1966-1967 through Intercoiffeur de Dame and you did a hair show at the Pierre Hotel in NY, then you came to Philadelphia and you spend some time and taught some of the stylist how to do your cuts, I was one of them, the next year you came back and I picked you up and we spend some time together,you taught me more haircuts and we worked together on stage, again at the Pierre Hotel for the spring fashion show.
Vidal if you remember that, could you do me a big favor, and send me a short personal note?
I met this very special lady and I told her that I worked with you and knew you, and I don't
think she believes me, and is very important to me that she does.
Vidal this lady may be the love of my life and I don't want her thinking ill of me, I would really appreciate if you would do this for me.
