Hello Mrs Kim Kardashian West,
I hereby write you this letter to seek for you precious help in saving once more another human life.
I am originally from Africa, more precisely from Cameroon and presently I have a situation at hand that demands your intervention.
A family friend of mine has a boy child aged between 5 and 7 with a complicated eye infection. There is a huge mass of flesh that comes out from the eye of this child. The image is very very very shocking; believe me dear Mrs West.

Th efamily is financially poor and everywhere they go to seek for help, this family is rejected.
I have been watching you Mrs West and I know you have a generous hand. I believe you can make it for this little boy to be operated and have a normal live as any other child of his age. Please Mme this is not a joke.
I may show you his photo in case you demande to see but I swear it is very shocking.
